Pronomenrunde er viktig fordi noen av oss identifiserer seg som noe annet enn han eller hun. Da kan det v\u00e6re at man foretrekker et annet pronomen, som hen, hin, den, de eller bare sitt eget navn.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har alle forskjellige forutsetninger og m\u00e5ter \u00e5 l\u00e6re p\u00e5, og vi m\u00e5 jobbe sammen for \u00e5 skape et milj\u00f8 hvor dette er mulig. Du utvikler deg i ditt eget tempo, s\u00e5 om det er noe du ikke f\u00f8ler deg komfortabel med er det greit \u00e5 si ifra til instrukt\u00f8ren.<\/p>\n<p>Har en behov eller opplever at det er noe en mangler for at en skal f\u00e5 et godt kurs hos oss er vi \u00e5pne for \u00e5 finne l\u00f8sninger. Gi beskjed til instrukt\u00f8r eller til oss i AKKS s\u00e5 pr\u00f8ver vi \u00e5 finne en l\u00f8sning sammen. Har en behov for flere pauser underveis i kurset er det selvsagt rom for det.<\/p>\n<p>Underveis i kurset er instrukt\u00f8ren der for deg at du skal l\u00e6re og hen er din veileder som viser hvordan du p\u00e5 din m\u00e5te kan \u00a0beherske instrumentet. Sammen er b\u00e5de du som deltaker og instrukt\u00f8ren med p\u00e5 \u00e5 sette rammen for l\u00e6ringsmilj\u00f8et og profesjonen i kurset. Vis forst\u00e5else for at l\u00e6ringsprosessen er ulik for alle.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Husk \u00e5 ta pause \u2013 strekk p\u00e5 beina og f\u00e5 litt luft.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Bruker du forsterkere eller annet elektronisk utstyr p\u00e5 kurset, sl\u00e5 av dette under pauser og etter endt kurs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>AKKS Trondheim har nulltoleranse n\u00e5r det gjelder mobbing og annen krenkende oppf\u00f8rsel, og vi er tilgjengelige om noen av kursdeltakerne skulle ha behov for \u00e5 snakke med oss om dette enten via telefon eller e-post.<br \/>\nSe ogs\u00e5 v\u00e5re egne sider for varsling \u00f8verst i menyen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>English information<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Safe and motivating learning environment on courses at AKKS.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>For us at AKKS, it is important that all course participants have a good course experience and feel safe on our courses. At AKKS, there must be room to try things out, make mistakes, ask questions and grow.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On the first day of the course, we will get to know each other better, have a noun round and a pronoun round. Pronoun round is important because some of us identify as something other than he or she. Then it may be that you prefer another pronoun, such as hen, hin, den, de or just your own name.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We all have different prerequisites and ways of learning, and we must work together to create an environment where this is possible. You develop at your own pace, so if there is something you don&#8217;t feel comfortable with, it&#8217;s okay to tell the instructor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>If you have a need or feel that something is missing in order for you to get a good course with us, we are open to finding solutions. Tell the instructor or us at AKKS and we will try to find a solution together. If there is a need for more breaks during the course, there is of course room for that.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>During the course, the instructor is there for you to learn and he is your supervisor who shows how you can master the instrument in your own way. Together, both you as a participant and the instructor help to set the framework for the learning environment and the profession in the course. But remember, for good progression, it is important that you as a participant show up to classes and practice between course days.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rules of well-being on our courses<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We want our course participants to help create a good learning environment.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>These are therefore our well-being rules:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1. Arrive precisely at the start of the course and we will get started with the course.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>2. Let us know if you will be delayed, are ill or are prevented from coming.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>3. Put your mobile phone on silent so we don&#8217;t disturb you.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>4. Listen to each other and let the person talking talk.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>5. Do not play your instrument when others are talking.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>6. Encourage and motivate each other so that we get a pleasant course.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>7. Take each other into account and respect that everyone on the course has different experiences and likes different music.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>8. We are on a course to learn. Show understanding that the learning process is different for everyone.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>9. Remember to take a break &#8211; stretch your legs and get some air.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>10.
